Stamp Of The Week – All Occasion Sentiments #2

Hey!

Welcome back to the NEW feature here at Uniko, Stamp Of The Week (SOTW). This week I am dusting off… All Occasion Sentiments #2

AllOccasionSentiments2PP

I am pleased to have started the New Year on a HAPPY note 🙂 So much so that I can’t seem to stop using the large HAPPY contained in this weeks SOTW clear stamp set!

This set is perfect for those harder to create masculine cards and todays card is an example of a super CAS card suitable for both genders and all ages…

Another thing I am trying to do this year whilst creating, is to step away from my usual ‘go to’ colours and reach for those that I neglect. Like most crafters I have a HUGE selection of ink pads from different manufacturers and HUGE selection of card colours, but I always reach for the same ones and so before I buy more I am making myself use what I have.  I have done this on my card today, reaching for green and pairing it with a trio of yellow, purple and blue.

On my card today I have paired the HAPPY with a trio of stars from Essentially Christmas and the BIRTHDAY from Simply Said Birthday. I added a trio of tiny rhinestones to the centre of the smallest star and adhered the stamped panel to my card base using foam adhesive.

OK, that’s enough waffle from me today, don’t forget that this set is 20% off this week HERE in store. Plus we still have a CRAZY January Sale on for a limited time only, so be sure to grab a bargain while you can & retiring clear stamps or dies before they are gone for good.

Until tomorrow, thank you for stopping by today 🙂

Completely eye-catching, Bev! The repeated Happy makes me happy! A wonderful idea to stretch your colour choices! I’d love to do that, but given my rather meagre ink collection, well…a bit of a challenge! Still, going for different colour pairings is do-able! You’ve got me thinking!
