Uniko Challenge #30

Uniko Challenge #30

Hey!

Today over HERE, we have a new Uniko Challenge starting. This month we have a fun colour challenge to inspire your creativity…

With Spring almost here and Easter just around the corner, it seemed fitting for this months challenge 🙂

With the recent Uniko release featuring a cute bunny and florals it was a perfect opportunity for me to ink them up! This time I decided to stamp them onto a different kind of surface…

I’ve had these SU! mini canvas bags for AGES and whilst STILL cleaning and sorting out following our house move (yes, still sorting a year on) I came across these bags and thought they would be perfect to decorate for the beans Easter gifts. I’ll add some mini chocolate eggs of some kind to them and keep the bags once they’ve eaten the chocolate as a little memento with the box of stuff I have saved in the loft already!

I stamped the bunny from Some Bunny in SU! Early Espresso ink and the sentiment from the same clear stamp set in VersaFine Onyx Black ink. The flowers are from Pure Florals: Cosmos Uniko’s Revisited Clear Stamp Set this month HERE (there is still time to hop along, comment and be in the chance of winning the set) and I did some simple masking and stamped them in a trio of SU! Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie and Summer Sun inks.

Ok, that’s all from me just now, but be sure to pop on over HERE to see the inspiration from our Guest Designer Cornelia and the Uniko DT. I hope to see you in the gallery 😉

I think this little bag is absolutely adorable. I guess it’s the perfect size for a Cadbury’s creme egg :)) What a great idea. xxx

Oh fabulous Bev! Such a novel idea for an Easter egg gift and the texture from the sacks adds that little something extra. And as for that box in the loft – it’ll grow and nothing will ever persuade you to keep it manageable!
